Focused and personalized 1:1 teletherapy session for the most concentrated work, using multiple potent modalites for deep work and emotional relief.
Coaching for support of the many ups and downs of life. Coaching is different from therapy/ counseling in that coaching is nonclincial (meaning not tied to a diagnosis.)
Courses available for self study. These courses include lifetime access and an option for live coaching with me.
